At Fikernot, we believe shopping should be as chill as our vibe. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you.

🕒 Refund Window

  • You can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Email us at sastry@fikernot.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. You cover the return shipping (unless it's our mistake, then it’s on us).

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No stress — we’ve got you.

🕒 Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, no questions asked.
  • After 12 hours, your order is likely already in production or on its way — which means we won’t be able to cancel it.

❌ How to Cancel

Just email us at sastry@fikernot.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line. If it’s within the 12-hour window, we’ll process the cancellation and refund you in full.

💸 Refunds for Cancellations

  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
