Don’t kill yourself trying to fit in. Don’t plan your entire working life on just one job. No one enjoys their job forever, no one suffers forever. Just like life, pleasure and pain move in cycles. If you don’t succeed in two to three attempts, you are probably not suitable for that job. Move on, use the same passion on some other employment. Don’t waste your wonderful life and youth in desperation, attempting that exam or that one job. Work smart, not hard.

Honestly?
If you’ve arrived — stop racing.
Don’t seek the world’s approval. We don’t talk about it enough, but without you knowing… you’ve already made it. You’ve got a roof, a rhythm, some peace. You’re not constantly surviving anymore. So if you’re already somewhere good..settle down. That’s the whole point!

The best time to quit is at the peak of your career. You will savour your accomplishments and goodwill for the rest of your life. Your achievements will sustain you socially and emotionally till the end. There’s a lot more to life than keeping reporting to work every waking day. Don’t wait for a burnout badge to trigger an exit. Be smart, be Fikernot!

Burnout isn’t a badge. It’s a warning.If exhaustion is your default, it’s not ambition—it’s self-abandonment.The world doesn’t need another overworked machine.It needs a you that’s alive, aware, and unshakable.
